How to store your silver jewelry

Now that I have a tremendous amount of jewelry, I need to protect it from the ultimate culprit, ta, ta, ta - HUMIDITY!

How, do you ask? I am asking myself the same question. Here is an interesting article on the subject: http://www.buzzle.com/articles/anti-tarnish-jewelry-boxes-and-silver-jewelry.html

I think I might start by using my daughter's chalk (as it removes effiently humidity, thus retarding the action of tarnishing) for the moment until I can find either Pacific Cloth or Tarnish strips.

  1. Hi there! Store your silver in treated anti-tarnish bags and pouches or use stips. Do not use charcoal based products as they can break apart and outgas. Great ideas and tips from Intercept http://www.facebook.com/InterceptTech
